About the Book

Karen Dewhurst falls in love with Rafferty's TV images in a weekly series but is strongly opposed by Sir Jon and Lady Dewhurst. Being chairperson of the TV studio boardroom, Sir Jon cancels the soap. A trainee artist painter, Karen heads for London and meets Rafferty. They join forces, and after a number of pitfalls, Rafferty sells a screenplay and the couple marry while the sale of the screenplay solidifies their future.

About the Author

John O'Flaherty, Watergrasshill, Cork, Ireland, trained as an actor/singer in Cork. He acted in sixty-four stage shows, appeared on Irish radio and television and TV commercials in London, England, studied the novel and short story writing in Cincinatti, Ohio, qualified as a screenwriter in Hollywood, California, sold seven short stories, two historical stories, poetry, and two screenplays on contract in Hollywood and Pittsburgh.
