About the Author

Compiled and written by V.W. McLaurin, Sr., with 40 years experience as a Residential Builder Field Sales Representative for a lumber and building material dealer, and a licensed general contractor in the State of North Carolina. I became disabled in 2000, and begin working on various time saving solutions for homebuilders, and the construction product industries to save time for contractors, builders, and building material dealers, etc. I also have written various type worksheets for the building trade, and have worked with a computer programmer to develop a computer-estimating program for the construction industry.
