About the Book

While spending forty-two years in the Nursing Profession, I learned that writing my thoughts and feelings was therapeutic. I filled many nurses notes and thus my two novels, Living, Love, and Power and now Lost Dreams Restored.

Both novels came from a deep need within my being: the first to know my God on a deeper level and the second novel, to explore these holy or unholy bonds of matrimony!

About the Author

Della Walker Havey was born in Athens, Tennessee. She entered a nursing program in 1943, and spent the next forty-two years in that profession. She and her husband, Rev. Bruce F. Harvey, were married in 1952, and soon moved to Indiana where they raised their small family.

Della has always written poetry, having a book of her "memories" published in 1977. Her first novel, Living Love and Power was published in 2002 ad was a huge success among the reading community. Della currently has several more books in the works to be published soon.
