"There's Always More Growing to Do...Keep on Growing!" This is the self-inspiring motto that guides Amy-Terese Smith and the message that she delivers to instruct, inspire and empower others. Her life's mission has been to help others discover their inner gifts and to utilize their inner resources to achieve inner growth, experience abundant living and enjoy a soul-satisfying life.

Ms. Smith holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and has enjoyed a 25-year career as a Miami-Dade County (Florida) professional, most recently engaged in regional administration. While she has greatly enjoyed her successful public sector career, her true passion and purpose is in helping others to grow and live abundantly.

Towards that end, Ms. Smith now serves as President of GROWTH CONCEPTS, INC., a spiritually-based company specializing in ideas, strategies and solutions for personal growth and professional development. Through keynotes and other speaking engagements, seminar programs, training workshops, individual coaching and resource products, GROWTH CONCEPTS, INC. is making a positive and powerful difference in the lives of others.
