About the Book

Rusty Quartz Nugget is a purebred brindle Cairn Terrier - these are his exploits while gold mining in the Yukon, the sight of the Klondike Gold Rush. These are true tales about Nugget when he travelled to Dawson City, Yukon and his adventures while at home and mining on Dominion Creek, Yukon. The humorous illustrations by artist Chris Caldwell add to these hilarious stories.

About the Author

While gold mining at Dominion Creek, Yukon over a ten year period, some of the exploits of my fearless Cairn Terrier seem noteworthy and comical enough to relate. I never intended to write a book, but his adventures combined with Chris Caldwell's humorous illustrations make for an entertaining read.
