About the Book

An autobiographical account of the author's transformational path through love of nature, lucid dreams, creativity and addictions to personal and spiritual growth.

This book is accompanied throughout by the author's own art, thought provoking ideas and poetry.

About the Author

Jean has been an artist all his life. Passionate about creating, he has worked as a freelance photographer. He designed and built houses as well as being involved in several commercial and residential projects. This has led him to the need to express himself through writing and his art.

After struggling with drug and alcohol abuse for many years, he chose to move through this phase of his life with the help of Spirit, Art and Nature, guiding him to increase inner joy and peace which he now recognizes as a life long process.

He now writes, paints, sculpts and travels to see the beauty of Nature as well as the man made wonders of architecture and art.
