About the Author

Cole Scrogham resides in Virginia with his wife Suanne and three children, Sydney, Michael and Luke. His interest in leadership stems from ownership in a professional sports car racing team, G&W Motorsports. The team has been credited with 3 Championships in the past 3 seasons, showing a finishing rate in the top 3 over 80% of the time and winning 14 races on the way to those championships.G&W's parent business was started in the 1960s by Cole's father, Weldon, and Uncle Gary who split after only a few weeks, but the name stuck! Cole has always been passionate about perfecting the team environment, all the while trying to balance a healthy family life and faithful devotion to God. He makes time for Churhch work and takes particular interest in local politics. His book, The New Leader, is a composition of notes and studies that have been made over the years. Often, the ideas were used to help team leaders, members and friends learn more about themselves and how they influence others. Now, he wants everyone to benefit and discover the leader inside each one of us.
