About the Book

To One and All is a collection of poems written in plain, everyday language about events in our lives. It is addressed to one and all, young and old, and the world at large. It comprises stories and riddles about many of the emotions and thoughts each of us feel at some point in our lives.

The poems in this collection both ask and answers questions, and give hints and clues to some nagging events in our lives. Everyone of us should find some of our questions answered in these poems. Mr. Scott conveys to us the peace and quiet that lies within him, as well as his desire to see the world at large unite and seek this peace, whichis found from Heaven above.

To One and All draws upon faith, love of beauty and social awareness. It points to the very thread that binds all of the verse, and the presence of the workings of God in the universe. We should always seek to know God's purpose by following His teachings --especially to love our neighbour.
