About the Book

Bootcamp: An Inspirational Memoir and Journal chronicles the life of a soldier in God's army. From basic training to promotion, the book follows one woman's experience with a challenging childhood, a young adulthood full of questions and searching, and eventually realizing how God works everything out for the good. The challenges and life lessons learned, including death, financial hurdles, and opposition from fellow Christians, are practical and a common thread that connects all humans.

In addition to reading, Bootcamp offers readers the opportunity of journalling along with the text. Reflections, concern, and triumphs can be recorded in order to get the full experience of moving up in rank. The reader has the opportunity to compare Mrs. Howard's experiences with their own and feel the changes that accompany spiritual growth.

Bootcamp: An Inspirational Memoir and Journal assures its readers that they are not alone as soldiers in God's army. Instead, they are among a blessed and highly favored crowd, called, gifted, and sent forth into the world to do God's will and fulfill His plans. Everyone can relate, and could thereby benefit, from Pastor Monica Howard's words.
