About the Book
This wonderful story is set in modern Chicago with a mistaken identity crisis, murder, obsession, rape, a rare case of child abuse like you have never heard before, a love affair to die for and failed relationships proves to be quite a challenge for Regina as she seeks stability in her life.
We arrived at the restaurant and when we were seated, Mother started talking. Her opening line was, "Regina, your Dad and I want to talk to you. We have some things we need to tell you. "So this your way of getting back at me because I confronted you about your adultery huh? What did you do, go spying on Johnny, and looking for dirt to put on him so that I won't move in with him? Well, I have news for you. No one will stop me from moving in with Johnny. He loves me and I love him. We are planning to get married and have children."
Out of the blue Molly raised a gun and Bam! Bam! Bam! Shots were flying and Stacey fell to the ground. "Stacey! Oh Stacey! Stacey! Don't die on me. Please, no!" Molly suddenly looked at me and said, "If I can't have him, you can't either." She lifted the gun and aimed it at me and said, "You are next bitch!" Bam... The headlines read, TEACHER OF THE YEAR WAS SHOT AND FIANCEE MURDERED ...
