Why did we choose for the authors' name 'the Other you'?

First of all it has been the process of both authors to balance their own ego. When talking about Oneness one should be able to show it in a certain way to one's environment. It does not mean that losing one's own identity. That is not what it is about. After the authors completed their processes, they received letters and e-mails from people who read the book telling them that just because of the fact that there is no authors' name on the book it turns more into the personal story of the reader. There is no person to label. An often heard comment is: I could have written this book myself. And that is exactly what they had in mind while writing the book, although they did not really know at that time how to achieve that goal. But it looks as if, by working on their own egos, they opened the way to let it happen.

We, each one of us, are all mirrors for each other. When we can see each person as another 'I', we will achieve a more peaceful look at ourselves, the people around us and the situations we are in. The other person is our mirror and shows and lets us feel information about ourselves. In this way we make space within ourselves for more joy, love and inner freedom.

How it all started

One day while Janosh was driving his car he suddenly heard: 'Write it down', 'write it down'. It was not so much the 'hearing' which was confusing him. He was not hearing, rather it felt as if it was suddenly there in his thoughts. Similar perhaps to day dreaming. He asked himself the question: Where are these thoughts coming from?

This was the beginning of a wonderful exchange of information with what he now understands to be his other selves.

After sharing this with Isah and her recognition of the writings being so strong, she was able to add to what Janosh had written. Combined with her talent to shape the stories/memories into an easy to read style. The books that have already been published by publisher Akasha, have become books that have deeply touched all that read them because of the openness with which Janosh wrote them. Her enthusiasm and passion has inspired him to continue writing, and through her belief in what was written contributed to find a publisher.

After just one month the book was written in it's first draught form. An additional factor to the writing of this stream of information was, that Janosh and Isah were both personally and combined able to work through much of the processing that arose. Both were confronted with issues and patterns in their lives that required deeper investigation.

This was the beginning of a unique working relationship, whereby both are on a journey of discovering the true meaning of unconditional love and a respect for everything that lives. The basis being: 'Speak your own truth'.

The stories should not be seen as channeled messages. Janosh experiences them very clearly as his own experiences including all of the emotions that go along with them. They are other parts of him that have obviously lived these experiences. Because we are all connected to the collective consciousness grid, many of us recognize the stories as if we were personally experiencing them.

The stories

The story about the Mayan's relates to a king who lived behind a mask. This might not have been necessary if they had only lived and spoken their truths. During the course of this story an explanation is given how the Mayan calendar was brought about, and how it was used in those times. It was written from our own truth. Whether it actually took place, we will leave to the readers own discernment.

The third story relates to Egypt and is all about creating and manifesting.

The fourth story is about unconditional love and judgement. This is all happening at the beginning of time. It is a very personal vision of the situation then.

The fifth story takes place in England, and the theme is power and strength.

The last story is titled 'illusion or reality'. This story shows us in a wonderfully descriptive manner that past, present and future are all a part of us in the now. We are that Now moment, it is not a question of time. We contain all of the information within us.

This is a summary of some of the sections from the book and how it was written. However, a word of warning if we may? Please read the book to completion before acting upon the information contained within. There is no better teacher than experiencing for one's self.

Janosh Ð Jan Stoffers besides the writing of his stories/memories in the form of these books, Jan also runs an advertising company. It is now also possible to get together with Janosh and Isah and go deeper into personal old patterns and convictions in small groups.

Isah also gives personal sessions in the private, relationship and work related areas whereby, through conversations and questioning, insights are received on how to change old patterns thereby empowering people to follow their own life's path. Janosh and Isah's lifes have changed drastically since meeting each other. Together, yet in their own unique way, they are now making steps into a new way of living whereby unconditional love, inner freedom and the joy of living are their highest priorities.

Why did we choose 'the other you' as the name of the author?

It is our book, your book and everyone's book. It is the mirror being shown to us all. The Other is showing us information about ourselves which we can see and feel. If we can see each other as another me, we will be more loving towards ourselves, the people around us and the situations we find ourselves in. By doing so we create more space for inner freedom and joy in life. That is the driving factor behind our choice not to go with our given names and why we chose "the other you".

That it would eventually result in us finding our own self worth and how all that would influence us, we are now discovering. We can materialize something that would result in the Oneness, but first we had to understand that we are on the path of returning to the oneness and that we needed to create those steps that would lead us there. Oneness is often seen as something that you would have to step into and make adjustments. True oneness can only be achieved if you are prepared to speak your own truth. By doing so you can then find out if you are in line with each other and truly create from yours and the others truth.

This is only possible if you totally understand your own self worth, and no matter what the circumstances are you always speak your truth. In this case it was with each other, making it possible to look closely at what our task was inside this whole plan, making clear that it came from within not needing any confirmations from the outside. If you lack self worth, you subconsciously look for recognition, compensation and verification from other sources because you were not able to find it inside yourself. Basically what happens is, is that something is stirring inside because you are not speaking your whole truth. When you speak and feel your truth then it is no longer possible to lose your identity and the feeling of oneness is tangible.

Should it appear that you are both speaking your truth and you do not seem to be able to agree, this opens up the possibility to part and both to continue on your own journeys. This will create an opportunety for both to grow.

By doing this we create space within ourselves for joy and inner freedom.
