About the Book

Patchwork of Verses is exactly what it says, a quilt made up of the highs and lows that we all experience - some annoy us terribly and others don't. The key is to have the belief that things can and will get better regardless of our problems.

About the Author

I started writing verses at the age of 77. I have never written anything professionally prior to now. Why I started at this late date is really kind of a mystery to me but it did happen. I was involved in tennis and other outside activities and at that point I started to develop neurological problems which I still have and doctors tell me I'll always have. In that sense I am no stranger to pain. For reasons which are still unclear every day seemed to be a new experience for me inasmuch as the verses seemed to come to life. The collection of verses that I have set are all the experiences people of life that all people usually go through. My aim at this point was to meld together the good and the bad that life has to offer. The pseudonym that I use tries to explain the ease of life's rougher spots. The work on hand I hope will appeal to a wide variety of readers. After all, who has gone though life without experiencing set backs. I hope the reader enjoys what I have written and the favor that I ask is to pass along Patchwork of Verses to someone else.
