In this, his debut book of poetry and paintings, Benjamin L.M. has gone straight for the fun and the despair of human existence. Life seems absurd to Benjamin L.M. occasionally, and sometimes there is no choice but to sing the blues as negativity lowers him to the depths of the earth. Through all this, he seems determined to find the critical truths that lie beneath the surface. He finds wonder in the present moment and gets to see the magic of perfection. About the Author

Benjamin L.M. is a poet and an artist. He is self-taught in both fields. Benjamin L.M. tells me that he's trying to cut through the flesh and the spirit of humanity in order to have a close look at the cross-section. Each time he does this with his poems and paintings, he always comes to the same conclusion: overall, life is good. This constant conclusion flies in the face of the hard times we all suffer. He documents the bad elements of life too. He does this so light can shine in front of a backdrop of darkness. Clear Colours is the company that Benjamin L.M. owns. This company brands his books of writing and prints of paintings. Benjamin L.M. comes to you from the bottom of the globe. Adelaide, Australia, to be precise. He lives on his own in a warm place and seems to enjoy life the more it's given to him.
