About the Author

Celestino Heres, Ph.D., is a retired professor of Computer Systems at the University of Connecticut at Stamford and at the Norwalk Community-Technical College. He is now retired from teaching at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, CT. Born and raised in Cuba, he graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He has been an educator and Computer Systems Consultant to Perkin-Elmer, Dunn & Bradstreet and many other corporations.
