About the Author
Robert A. Miller, CCIM, RPA
Robert Miller has 10 years of experience in real estate, primarily in construction, development and management of office buildings. Robert is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Robert Currently serves as President of The Miller Group LLC. He oversees daily operation of the Property Management and Construction division. He is directly responsible for performance, budget preparation, investor reporting, staffing, and policy and procedure implementation. He has been designated a certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) a designation held by only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners. In addition Robert also is a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA), this designation is awarded to property managers who have demonstrated excellence and experience in real estate management in both the class room and the business world.
Robert resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Meri and his three daughters: Summer, Katie and Abigail.
Brian L. MillerBrian Miller has 14 years of experience in brokerage, development, sales and marketing. Brian is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in business. He currently serves as Director of Tenant Representation at The Miller Group, LLC. Brian oversees daily operations of the Leasing, Sales and Marketing division. He is directly responsible for assessing market conditions, developing strategies for maximizing space absorption and increasing rental income and assists with the implementation of the resulting programs.
Brian resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Theresa and his three children: sons, Christopher and Harrison, and daughter Paige.
