Robert J Williams Jr. is the author of The Complete Buying Process for Buyers, The Complete Buying Process for Agents, and the Preferred Buyers Handbook and he is currently working on his fourth publication The Complete Listing Process for Agents.
Robert is a licensed real estate consultant in the State of New Jersey. He has earned the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), ASR (Accredited Seller Representative), C-CREC (Consumer - Certified Real Estate Consultant), CBR (Certified Buyer representative), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), E-PRO (Internet Certified), PMN (Performance Management Network), QSC (Quality Service Certified), RCC (Residential Construction Certified), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist), RFS (Residential Finance Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
Robert holds training seminars on Buyers Representation, Agency Relationships, Fiduciary Responsibility, and of course, The Complete Buying Process. He has served as a guest speaker at numerous Real Estate meetings and regional "round table" sessions. Robert is currently in the process of writing books about both of his sons, Rob, 19 and Brett, 14. Rob is a sophomore at Villanova University, where he is majoring in Electrical Engineering. Brett will be graduating 8th grade this year from Ann A. Mullen Middle School and has been accepted into Honors and AP courses for high school next year.
