About the Book
The Law, The Lie, and the Lawyer exposes the increasing moral decline taking place in America.
The legal adversarial system with its abuse of truth to win for personal gain has corrupted the entire culture. Increasing lie and deceit to win are often accepted now as normal and "politically correct."
A "do-able" plan set forth in the text by the author would change the moral course and thus the moral direction in our society. All good citizens, whatever their personal beliefs, could likely agree to and support such a plan with its focus on truth/honesty- the key moral virtue supported by our Founding Fathers, but which is now in decline.
