About the Book

These poems are, intentionally, not in topical or chronoligical order. Rather, they are meant to reflect the many moods of life, ever-changing, sometimes dramatically, other times capriciously - always "One Day At A Time."

My fifth grade teacher, Miss Anna Arnova, was the first of many who taught me that poems are best appreciated when read aloud. I pass this tip along to you.

About the Author

Gudrun has played many roles in her life: wife, mother, friend, health-care giver, actress and bon vivant. Now in her golden years, she lives, one day at a time, by the seaside in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
