When I am alone at night I pray
For the safety of my family and friends
This occurs each and every day
And my fears seem to have no end

I wonder if it is because of anxiety
I think of all the scenarios that could occur
During my prayer I ask God to comfort me
And to keep my family safe and secure

Why do I have these fears of disaster
Even when there is calm on the sea
