About the Author

As the mother of four busy children, Carol often found it overwhelming to stay organized and on top of all phases of their lives, particularly the numerous doctor's visits, illnesses, laboratory tests and specialists. Now the children are grown and the idea to help other busy parents has prompted her to create the Health Helper. With the encouragement of her physician and the support of family and friends, the author is excited to share this personal organizer with young and old.
