Reviews
"Trafford, the company Lessing chose, provides promotional assistance. Lessing said the company just told him excerpts of his book are now available on Google.com and Amazon.com.
When I first spoke to Warren Lessing about his book, he wanted to be sure I wouldn't be offended when I read it. Not to sound chauvinistic, but it is a "tough guy" book, filled with murder, sex, war, sex, killing, sex, violence, and oh, did I mention sex?"

Warren Lessing is an
Adirondack native who now lives in Florida and is a U.S. military
veteran. His action-packed novel about the friendship between a white
Marine and black Marine during World War II is partially set in the
Adirondacks. "While it is classified as military fiction, a good portion
of the story is true," Lessing says. "It is filled with graphic
violence, explicit sex, and rough language... nothing unexpected for the
battle-hardened Marines and servicemen," he warns. Lessing intends to
donate the proceeds from sale of the book to organizations to which he
belongs; "ADK is at the top of the list," he says.
