About the Book

James is a growing Christian kid with a loving and caring family. Their concerns are for the church as well as the people around them.

The Fosters are pained in a time period where Christianity seems to be falling in an even faster falling culture. The screws are tightening on Christian expression because of political correctness running amok.

Troubled and concerned about Thomas, his friend, and some compromising Christians, James also feels energized by the bold preachers and fellow believers. Although rebuffed by Thomas, James could not stop trying to reach his lost friend with the Bible. Time and time he tries, only to be stalled or rejected.

Sadly, Thomas realizes James' desperate pleas too late when he is left behind in one of the most bizarre events in his life--the Rapture. Almost immediately, he knows what happened. The problem? Now, the instantly-changed Thomas must convince his parents that God's Word is true and to accept Jesus. Realizing he was basically taking his raptured friend's place, Thomas pleads with them to listen before they are deceived by the Antichrist and go through the major judgments set for his followers.

Also, Thomas is caught in a battle with sadistic clubs, an egotistical principal, an extremely popular bully, and an assortment of wickedness in the world. One would have to wonder if perhaps it's the end.

But it's not--not by a long shot. As the Tribulation tumbles from bad--to worse--to worst, Thomas and fellow Christians are forced into hiding as they try to survive and reach the lost. Meanwhile, the world as they once knew it is long gone and is now spinning out of control between the forces of good and evil with the inevitable ultimate meltdown approaching fast on the horizon.
