About the Book
Retired police oficer, Joe Britz, is hired by his collegues to find an officer who has disappeared. Clues and some research lead Joe to an organization intent on controlling the world population, and to a counter group. Joe is drawn into the counter group. The counter group is studying a UFO that was found in a lake in Upper Michigan. They think it may be from a forth dimension.
Joe meets and develops relationships with two orphaned girls and, later, with a widow. The relationships become stronger and conflict Joe's involvement with the counter group.
About the Author
Ned Forsman was born in the north woods of Upper Michigan in 1926. He quit school in 1943 when he enlisted in the Navy. He served in the South Pacific war zone for 2 and a half years. He wqas discharged in 1946, still not old enough to vote. Under the G.I. bill, he finished high school and earned some college credits. He served 32 years on the Omaha, Nebraska police division where he received 14 letters of commendation. He retired in 1982 as a sergeant and is now trying writing.
