About the Author

Ina Maclean has been writing all her life, beginning in first grade. She grew up to be a reporter, radio writer, and did many (unpublished) short stories (she hates marketing). She no longer sings, but was one of "The Butler Girls Trio." She denies she is aging, but the truth is out. Her number one son refers to her as "my aging mother." He was her fishing partner in his teens. An animal lover, she's a cat person and had all those animals there "for the children." She and her second husband honeymoon (15 years) in an apartment with two cats, Eve and Valerie. This is her first book and she is convinced the US would be better off 'If They Had Only Asked Me
