About the Book

A to Z About Me, The Health and Safety Organizer was designed to help parents and caregivers document a child’s medical history and keep information that is critical to his or her health and safety readily available. In the event of an emergency, this journal can quickly allow emergency personnel to collect the information they need about the child. The journal is organized into seven major sections, including: Allergies, Medical Care, Dental Care, Eye Care, Immunizations, Family Medical History, Identification Records.

About the Author

When their first child was born, Laura started a journal to document doctor’s visits and to track other important information such as emergency contacts and allergies. A to Z About Me, The Health and Safety Organizer is an attempt to help others get organized with regard to their children’s health history. Laura and Brian Smith live in Raleigh, NC, with their two daughters, Kelsey and Chloe and their cat, Firefly.
