The book covers the entire two-day workshop of the First Level of Healing Hearts, it is the Level of Self Healing. In this workshop, you will experience the peacefulness of the Òhealed stateÓ and learn how to return to it at will. This is the place called joy. Once centered in your place of joy, you will be guided in meditation to re-visit the Ancient Sisterhood of Healing Hearts (of Egypt, over 5000 years ago). There you will come to feel the world through the eyes of your own sacred feminine, which sees our spiritual reality as the beginning of all joy. You will re-connect with the ancient truth that the intent of all healing is to restore us to this natural state of joyfulness. You will welcome the rebirth of your feminine power, and know that you can restore it to your present life. You will be led into reflections in which you will experience and thus know how magnificent you truly are and that you can heal your own heart.

About the Author

Pamela J. Nadeau Recently retired from her career as policy advisor to become a full-time channel, teacher and writer. With the release of Reaching Out: A Manual for Healing Hearts (2002), she introduced the ancient sisterhood of healing hearts to the world. Susan Duquette is a gifted healer whose practice became so popular that she left her career as figure-skating coach and choreographer to become a full-time healer. Both Pamela and Susan integrate healing hearts methods into their practices and together they have launched the Hatshupset School of Healing Hearts which offers seminars on healing the hearts of self and others.
