About the Author

Jean Decker (Spencer) was born and raised by her mother and two sisters in Port O'Connor, Texas. In 1994 she moved to DeFuniak Springs, Florida where she resides with her husband, Scott and their children: Heather, Michael, Christian and Chase Marie.

Jean's circle of family and friends encouraged her to write her first book and hopes it will be the first of many. Her dream is to not only become an established writer but foremost to bring a smile to the face and warmth to the heart of those who read her books.

Her inspiration comes from her mother's independent teachings and her mother-in-law whose horse ranch provides a romantic refuge from everyday life.
