About the Book
WITNESS FOR OUR TIME is an amazing story of a prophetic and visionary woman, Blessed Marie Anne Blondin, who founded a religious community in 1850 and was quickly silenced by a Church and political society who were unable to see what she saw. In 1890, she died unrecognized as the Foundress of the Sisters of Saint Ann.
Today, 117 years later, she is revisiting our planet with Divine messages. She comes to comfort, heal and direct people in all walks of life, no matter what race or creed. This is an astonishing story of Divine partnership involving many people who can testify to what they have seen, felt and heard. The people involved in this story are mysteriously led to a place of spirituality and healing at Queenswood Centre in Victoria, British Columbia, where the Sisters of Saint Ann continue the work of their Foundress.
Sister Eileen Curteis, the scribe of this book, was unexpectedly visited by her Foundress on December 10, 2000, at a Reiki healing retreat. It was an overwhelming experience for all the people present. Unbeknown to Sister Eileen, it was the beginning of a journey that would involve many people who would testify to the greatness of what God is doing in our time.
This is an exciting book about spiritual evolution and goes far beyond what the finite mind can fathom. None of the people, including the scribe, expected to connect with a holy woman from the other side and, yet, each time a new visitation occurred, the authenticity of what was going on became more and more real.
Professional musicians were also Divinely led to Queenswood to tell this woman's story. Their music is profound and beautiful and is on a CD at the back of the book.
