About the Author

B Troop Attacks! is the second book that Andrew has written. The first chronicled his life prior to being drafted and is as yet unpublished. Following his discharge from the army, he returned to the family apartment from where he was drafted in 1942. During the years following WWII, he held a variety of jobs in New York City and continued to reside in Manhattan. A period of self-employment allowed him to explore multiple areas of interest. He patented a semi-circular slide rule and double-sided paper dolls. His copyrights cover numerous toys and games and an architect's multi-scale straight rule. Andrew later moved to New Jersey to be closer to his widowed sister and her five children. Following the move to New Jersey, he was employed by CDI and subsequently sent to Bell Laboratories, Inc. as a contract employee. He retired from there in 1985. Andrew resides in Belford, NJ and continues to have contact with B Troopers and their families.
