About the Author

Howard Wilson graduated from Northwestern University and has published books on business writing, judo, international communications and religion. Born and raised in Chicago, where he learned the bitter lessons of life the hard way, the author has traveled over most of the world and for the past 40 years devoted himself to writing, teaching and raising a family in Japan while reflecting on the human spirit.
