Dak's City Visit

About the Book

This is another story about Dak, an adventuresome cat, and his first trip to the city. After receiving a letter from cousin Ludwig, Moon, and aging house painter, decides it's time for a little vacation and a good visit.

Dakota (Dak, for short) has never been to the city, but is full of excitement and apprehension, thinking of the stories Moon has told him about a place so full of mystery.

This tale takes an interesting turn of events when Dak ventures into the street attempting to meet some new friends.

This is a second story combining the warm characters of Dakota, the highly playful cat, and Moon, a real painter and friend of the native Minnesota artist, Hal Schulz.

You will enjoy the imaginative adventure of fantasy and real life in Dak's City Visit.

My name is Hal Schulz, a commercial painter and resident of Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Along with my painting, and studio artwork, I've been writing and illustrating another book for children.
