This book begins with a general introduction to infertility concerns and the empowerment of the reader to embrace the possibilities. Specifically, this is an inspirational guide to assist a woman who has reached the final stages of a cycle of in vitro fertilization or insemination.

When the clinical group has completed their part, the anxious woman is sent home to "wait" for her pregnancy test. As the author knows, this is a difficult and emotional time. This book offers a "life preserver" to keep her emotionally "afloat" during this trying period. It covers the eleven day journey from "transfer to testing." If insemination was the course of action, it can assist in the same manner with the reader beginning on approximately the fifth day of this difficult time of "not knowing" the outcome.

Each day offers a story appropriate to the day, flavored with the author's personal stories of her journey, a centering meditation and an inspiration poem or prayer. This is a spiritual story, mirroring the author's personal journey. As the brave woman who chose to embrace this "chance" at success, you, the reader can choose at this juncture to let the "flesh and the spirit" meet as you go through these eleven days of waiting.
