About the Book

Charming Chastity is a collection of poems brilliantly written by a young woman by the name of J.E. Oakley. All of her poems are about her experiences and obstacles she has had to face in life. Her writing is straight-forward and is easy to understand, yet very profound. She writes candidly about her life and struggles with mental illness, drinking, unhealthy relationships, depression, and the loss of her parents and loved ones.

About the Author

J.E. Oakley started writing at the age of twelve, and writes from personal experiences. Her dream is to inspire teenagers in group homes, women from all walks of life including single mothers, to follow their dreams and promote self awareness, self esteem, and healing across the country and abroad. J.E. Oakley lives in New York State with her two children.
