About the Book
After finding the missing child, Skylar, in the park, Jada Baker and her biological son, Jamie, have taken the boy into their family. Referring to him as a godsend, Skylar was far from what the Bakers had expected. Living in his so-called "Hero Land," Skylar suffers from a common case of autism, fatal heart disorders, and a horrific past. The Bakers have opened up their home and given love and care to the young boy, but they are in for so much more.
Little do they know how much hard work this six-year-old can be. He'll take them on the rides of their lives, jumping from roofs and claiming to be able to talk to and understand birds. Be prepared to flip the pages of a life-changing tale of faith, a strong family, and flying fate that'll uplift your spirits…
