About the Book

Innovations – This is Glen's journey his Bi-Polar illness via poetry. These poems express the variety of emotions he encountered during his short time on the planet.

This book was written, with the different emotion patterns, that Glen went through, from terms of such happiness to despair. One can feel the sadness, and uncertainty which Glen would have gone through, the anger due to the way a person can be seen by society. The way the establishment treats them when they are not very well, the way we as people are so quick to judge them, and not stop to recognise that we all need to stop and breathe from our hectic world. This is balanced by love poems so sweet you can taste the wine, so dripped in love.

Our minds are powerful instruments which can flow in many directions. If we are feeling despair it can sink us to lower depths. Thoughts of happiness can bring us to feel so much love within and the expression can move mountains! These are just some of the themes that can be found throughout Glen's poetry.

So guard your thoughts, be kind to one another and love your fellow men.
