About the Book

I am Layi Babatunde. I am a Nigerian from the place of Oyo. It seems like yesterday, I was young and vibrant. I had a dream to travel and see the world. My subconscious mind traveled around the world to see wonderful and beautiful places. I struggled with my dream wondering if it would ever be fulfilled. It was my secret ambition, never revealed to anyone. Growing up I had advantages-I was well placed and privileged. I grew up in a loving Christian family. Our Patriarch, Frederick Ibikunle George, was in charge of highways, bridges and street layout. He was one of the most important people in Lagos City and also in our Methodist church. He was a motivator and disciplinarian with deep Christian values. Our Matriarch was a homemaker with deep family values. We were raised in a wonderful family setting and outstanding in our neighborhood. In our neighborhood there were many churches and mosques. The Christians and Muslims treated one another like brothers and sisters. It was like a Utopian society, but it was real. I have traveled the world in search of my true love, the mystic Celia. I have searched for our love child, my daughter. This is my journey.
