About the Book

Andrew Tucker, an investigative reporter in Portland, wrote a series of articles about criminals who fell through the cracks of the criminal justice system and got away with reprehensible acts. Shortly after each of his articles appeared in the Portland Times, the perpetrators identified met justice. With circumstantial evidence pointing at him, Andrew is sure of only one thing: He didn't kill anybody.

About the Author

Karren Pack grew up in Oklahoma but spent most of her adult life in Anchorage, Alaska. She has worked in Human Services for more than twenty five years. As a practitioner and a professor, Karren has explored the concept of social justice or the lack of it from many viewpoints. She currently resides in Alberta, Canada.
