About the Book
As we move through life we need to explore choices, directions and options made along the way. So much of life and living is lost in the process because we hang onto things, words, deeds, memories, images, or events that deplete us of important daily energy.
When we explore the topics of Anger and Forgiveness we gain insight and awareness about life. An important option we have every day is to "choose life."
Anger and Forgiveness is written to explore on a personal and or professional basis how I can take charge of the choices I make on various levels: emotionally, physically, psychologically, sexually, and spiritually.
