About the Author

The author and her son, Preston, have enjoyed cooking together for many years. Ms. Harris has over 39 years experience as a home cook, half of that time as a working, home cook. She has spent the last nine years developing low fat recipes for her family in order to assist her husband with his dietary restrictions. Preston has over 6 years experience in the restaurant and food retail industry and is an avid home brewer and sushi chef. Ms. Harris and her husband have three sons and three grandchildren. Their son, Justin, supplied the artwork for this book.
