About the Book

This book will bring back the joy, tears and pain suffered by every enlisted sailor as he did his share in the winning of WWII with Japan, epecially those that were part of the Navy Amphibious Forces. The horror of taking your boat onto the beaches where the fire power of the enemy caused so many deaths and wounded so many comrades.

Sea stories about sailor's antics, the interplay between officers and enlisted men. The stories that can now be told about some of the Japanese leaders as some of our own great, and not so great leaders.
