About the Book

Deep in Thought and Covered in Crumbs... is an amusing front-line look at what it takes to make meaningful changes in one's life. Surprisingly honest and riddled with humour, this book is a 'growth companion', perfect for anyone who is trying to move their life forward and believe more fully in their own possibilities.

Through short relatable anecdotes, Crystal Eves takes the reader on a journey that starts with the heavy realization that change is necessary and moves through the various emotions, stages and situations a person might encounter while evolving their life. Along the way, the reader is expanded by Crystal's unique perspective and her willingness to frankly own the insecurities and fears that we often hide from others.

Ultimately, Deep in Thought and Covered in Crumbs... is a call to self-acceptance. It asks the reader to see who they truly are and to be courageous about believing in that person. It offers validation, insight, practical advice, comic relief, and company to those brave enough to grow, and it's brought to you by the woman whose website, www.crystaleves.com, was listed by Dr. Phil's Mom Squad as the second best source of inspiration for moms on the web.
