About the Book
Religious divisiveness has never been more prevalent. Muslim Jihadists are bent on converting or killing all infidels, and annihilating the Jewish nation. Atheists are waging a holy war to secularize civil societies. Christian denominations are fractured over issues of marriage, abortion, war, and inclusiveness. The Vatican has reasserted the primacy of the Roman Catholic Church, asserting that other Christian communities were defective or not true churches. In the midst of this religious turmoil, it is imperative that we hear the comforting message of reconciliation in the words of Jesus Christ.
"And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
"As in Adam all die, so in Christ shall all be made alive."
"And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation."
God has a plan for reconciling the world to himself and we are all part of that plan. The author presents thirteen Biblical essays describing God's plan for the reconciliation of his creation in Christ Jesus.
The first series of essays focuses on God's plan for the ultimate reconciliation of all of mankind. The second series of essays focuses on the role that God's earthly ministers, the house of Israel, will play as ministers of the reconciliation.
