About the Book

Rosie and Tom live with their two children in a cottage in Rural Norfolk. Rosie is a part time artist who happily looks after her family, paints and gardens in her enchanting cottage garden.

Blissfully unaware of her husbands growing dissatisfaction she fails to see warning signs of betrayal.

When Tom, a personnel manager for a large firm, faces redundancy and decides to accept an offer of a post in New York the problems in their relationship are brought into the open, revealing hidden desires and passion.

Situations arise which throw into light the fragility of human emotion and happiness.

Rosie copes with the changes that threaten with humour and determination, leaning on the love of her good friends and family.

Her strong faith enables her to ultimately forgive and seek forgiveness. This is a story of family love, temptation, romance and hope, with characters that we can all identify with.

About the Author

Olivia Valentine trained as a State Registered Nurse in 1976 and has worked in the medical field ever since. She had been saying for many years that she wanted to write a novel and decided to do just that when her youngest son left home. Although Changing Landscape is her first novel she has previously written stories for children. She lives with her husband in an old farmhouse in Rural Norfolk. She has two sons and six step children.
