About the Book

From Deep Within offers the reader, thoughts, quotes and opinions on a variety of real-life subjects that we all face on a day to day basis. Some thoughts, quotes and opinions are expressed as poetry. We all have thoughts and opinions on the many issues in our lives relating to: relationships whether they are social, romantic or family; life in general; spirituality ; happiness; success & failure; and other. Interestingly, we all have our own thought processes that we draw from to reach a variety of conclusions. We may or may not agree with each drawn conclusion but the thought process leading up to the conclusion almost always takes different routes. Thoughts and opinions expressed by the author in this book on day to day issues are sure to provoke your own individual thoughts and opinions. The intention is to provide you with an opinion but more importantly, motivate you to think and come to your own conclusion on each subject.

About the Author

Even though Alnoor Moosa was born and raised in East Africa, he has lived in different parts of the world and currently calls Canada his permanent and definitive final home. Having experienced different cultures and traditions, he values and believes there is strength in pluralism and diversity. He also believes spirituality, love, caring and humour can ease the burden of trials and tribulations of our daily lives. Thoughts, quotes and opinions, expressed in this book, relate to and are drawn from common everyday issues experienced by all of us and are based on love, humour, tradition, faith and spirituality. Most of us can and will relate to the various thoughts, quotes and opinions expressed by the author albeit as they relate to our own individual circumstance.
