About the Book
All Sorts of People, Our Story is a volume with four themes: Our Story, Colors of History, Cognitive Traits, and Philosophy Unveiled.
The first section, Our Story is a collection of anecdotes about ordinary people, grouped together to illustrate seven personality styles. This is observational, qualitative research with a smile.
The next section, Colors of History, features famous historical figures such as Winston Churchill, Albert Einstein, Elizabeth Fry, Thomas Jefferson, and Mother Teresa. Styles of thought, or chakras, are represented by the colors of the rainbow. This research could be seen as inductive, historical analysis.
At this point, we collate the traits into seven categories that apply to ordinary individuals.
Finally, Philosophy Unveiled synthesizes the various major philosophical schools of thought in light of this research, and introduces a comprehensive model of the mind.
