About the Book

Living, Learning, is a collection of short stories designed specifically for LDS readers who are looking for fiction written in tune with LDS standards and situations that reflect real life.

It is rare to find an author who can relate the difficult choices made every day in a way that LDS readers can relate to and find encouragement. This collection will have all Christian readers talking about daily life and the difficult choices everyone makes in new ways.

Forgiveness, service, temptation, mental illness, adversity, family relationships and the influence we have in each others' lives are all addressed in this collection in a warm, touching, thought provoking way that reflects real people making real life choices.

The author has relayed life lessons and choices in a way that will provoke discussion all over the world, create connections and controversy.

About the Author

Mary Wilson-Burkett has been writing short stories for as long as she can remember. As a child, she frequently used her school binder to write stories rather than complete homework.

She and her husband, Rox, a medical consultant for a government agency, have blended a family of 10 grown children and 20 grandchildren. She graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mass Communication, a degree she earned as the single mother of six, starting and finishing in just three years.

For a decade, she has been a business and personal development coach. In 2004, she started Coaching Associates, Inc, a business and personal development coaching company specializing in assisting small business owners pursue their dreams. Started with nothing, the company grossed six figures in 2004.

Living, Learning, is her inaugural collection of short stories.
