About the Book

Jodie is a really cool kid but doesn't know it; she is too upset by bad feelings about her body size and thinking that she isn't liked. Luckily, she meets an awesome older girl, Sally. Sally shows the overweight Jodie how she found the answer to her own binge eating, and why she now has a great time without overwhelming cravings for food, excess weight and frightening feelings.

Sally helps Jodie form a group of friends who are overweight, fed up with lives that suck, and want to make a stupendous change.

They hate diets…? So does Sally – and shows them how not to diet!

They can't stay on diets anyway…? Sally tells them why.

They binge when they are upset…? Sally shows them a smarter way.

They have to wear daggy clothes…? Sally gets them geared up.

They're alone, miserable and scared…? Just see what they do about that!

They want to slim down and have lives that rock…? That's exactly what they do.

Jodie and her mates start off Fat and end up Fab. And so can you and your friends.
