About the Author

A fresh new author has arrived upon the scene and via a certainly non-conventional pathway. DBJ [David Brian Joseph] has lived the story of OUATILAB for himself and struggled with the thought of adapting to a writing career as the years and careers passed on by.

First of all David left school in the North of England and pursused a four year training scheme which taught the science of metalurgy and welding of steel pipelines. For the remainder of his younger years David continued in this heaviest of industries but to his good fate almost became cripled by his trade. Years of heavy lifting had pounded his spine and it was this that led him into the office where he continued to live in the engineering world.

David tried his hand at many other sidelines along his way to his preffered writing trade including welding steel furniture in a small shed on a pig farm, designing and fabricating Boxing rings, Timeshare [lasting 24hrs] and even being a stagehand. Quite a diverse build up to writing and many many stories and characters have been uncovered along the way.

As with any new up and coming Authors it is rediliy visible that this raw and exciting brand of writing is something of a breath of fresh air, please sit back and enjoy.
