This is a book about magic and magicians. Magicians apparently make things into something completely different, or, “what you see is not what you get.”

In this case the magic is in words, - the words we use every day and some we had long ago. So, its, “what you get and then some”. But more important is the reason why.

In the English language, words we have so long used or come to recognize, originally meant something else. The strange spelling of many words and names has long been in question. This compounded vocabulary is influenced by the classical languages as well as languages of conquerors and invaders, but none more intriguing than those of the mystic Druids. Their wisdom and its source, has been a quest for some thousands of years, and still the search for their “Rosetta Stone” goes on.

The Druids were great narrators, perhaps the best ever. Because they were so good, they even made a profession out of it. Much of their skill was verbally handed down one generation after another. Myths and tales – the stuff of legends – all contained the secret mysteries is now revealed by a long forgotten code and how it is applied.

Initially, these secrets were only available to those initiated into the hallowed company of the Ollamh Druids. However, it was not by written words but rather by what they said and recorded by others that unlock the key.

Tales led to poems and poems later led to prayers via the converted Druid to the Christian priesthood.

The monastic system of religious community referred to as the “Culdees” comes from this source. They injected into the Celtic Christian Church vigor of all things natural – a salute to the Creator.

About the Author

Terence Higgins, was born in Kilwinning, Scotland, but migrated to Australia where he served in law enforcement in Victoria and the 'Top End'. Problem solving was his business. Years later, while studying architecture in pursuit of his Masters Degree, he questioned the use of certain numbers to express the mystic connection to the Almighty. He eventually uncovered and applied a code to the English language which revealed an explanation more widespread than originally hoped for. It is an ongoing study of over twenty years which is unlimited in scope. He presents extensive examples exposed in poetry, prayers and names of importance. He offers a challenge to the reader to unlock and discover secrets for himself.
