About the Book

At the beseeching of Nour, Queen of the Elves, Erikk of Giehad embarks on a quest to rescue the Princess Isneha. Her kidnapping by forces unknown threatens to destroy their world and plunge the Middle Kingdoms into chaos. However, as Erikk soon learns, nothing is at it seems as he, the Princess Isneha, and Jalwa the Golden dragon are plunged into an epic conflict with powerful forces that grow more ominous by the day. Our heroes learn much as they race to save their world in a deadly showdown that pulls all they know of love, trust and honour into question...

About the Author

Born in Pakistan, Omar Abedin spent some 5 years of his formative years in Qatar, a small Middle Eastern state. Since then, he has lived and worked in Karachi, Dubai, Jeddah, Montreal, and Mississauga. He and his family are currently living in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. The Middle East is a region that continues to influence the storyline with its deep cultural roots and faith / belief systems. Omar created Erikk‰*ªs character for his children, and over the years, the story took shape in the telling.
